🔄 Returns

At Awesomeness, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

• Products received in damaged or leaking condition
• Products that are expired or past best-before date
• Incorrect product delivered (wrong item, shade, or quantity)
• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, with original packaging intact

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products without original packaging or invoice
• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged)
• Personal care items like lip balms, creams, or face wash once opened due to hygiene reasons

🔁 Return Process

1. Contact our support team at support@awesomeness.com or WhatsApp us at +91 904734 5889 within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your Order ID and share clear images of the damaged/incorrect product.
3. Once verified, we will initiate a pickup or request you to self-ship the item depending on your location.
4. Upon receipt and inspection, the replacement or refund will be processed.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

• Returned product passes inspection
• Order canceled before dispatch (within 12 hours)
• Prepaid amount for out-of-stock or undeliverable item

🕒 Refund Timeline:

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: Refunds issued via UPI or bank transfer

Note: Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

🚫 Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
